Brown contract signed

Izzy Brown has today (Tuesday) signed a new four-year contract.

The 18-year-old moved to Stamford Bridge from West Bromwich Albion in the summer of 2013 and made his first-team debut against his former club last May.

He captained our Under-19s to UEFA Youth League glory last season, scoring a brace in the final against Shakhtar Donetsk, and he was also part of the Under-18 team which lifted the FA Youth Cup.

Brown, a versatile attacker, is currently on loan at Vitesse Arnhem for the 2015/16 season.
