Top Swedish agent, Patrick Mork, has provided an update on the transfer situation of his client, Red Star Belgrade's Abiola Dauda.
 
The 26 – year – old could depart the 1991 European champions in the coming days, with reports strongly suggesting that he is edging closer to a move to Vitesse Arnhem.
 
Abiola Dauda is seeking pastures new despite being tied to Red Star Belgrade till June 2015 because he is owed backlog of wages by the Serbian team.
 
''I can tell you that for sure he has not signed anything (with Vitesse). Abiola is considering his options.
 
''He has several opportunities and now we look for the best,'' Patrick Mörk told SL10.
 
Abiola Dauda has confirmed to this website that Vitesse are one of the teams that are interested in his signature, and high level talks are ongoing but not yet finalised.
 
The attacker is in the possession of a Swedish passport ,and will not be counted as a player from the third world if his move to Vitesse materialises.
